Joel began his construction career working alongside his father in 1982 as a laborer. In 1994, he took over the family company, becoming its sole owner and leader. With nearly 40 years of hands-on experience, Joel has grown DeWitt Construction into one of the leading construction companies in Westby, Wisconsin, and continues to lead the company with skill, dedication, and pride
